21-Day Return Policy

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unused
  • With labels or stickers attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at admin@deskies.com.au and we’ll assist you with the next steps.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days (depending on your bank’s processing times).

If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at admin@deskies.com.au.
